Samsung has just announced the latest model of the Galaxy S8. This time, the South Korean company launched the Galaxy S8 with a burgundy red bandage.

Quoted from Android Police on Tuesday (28/11/2017), this model became the 6th color of the Galaxy S8 series that had previously been launched, such as Midnight Black, Orchid Gray, Coral Blue, Arctic Silver, and Maple Gold.

According to the plan, this latest edition launches first in South Korea on November 28, 2017. Afterwards, Galaxy S8 Red Burgundy will be visited certain markets.

However, Samsung has not revealed which market will get this latest version. Based on information on its official website, announcement about the presence of Galaxy S8 Red Burgundy will be announced in each region.

While from the specification, there is no change presented by Samsung on this device. This brand-new smartphone still has a 5.8-inch screen with Infinity Display design aka bezeless.

For business shooting, this smartphone relies on dual-pixel camera technology (dual pixels) 12MP f / 1.7 resolution with autofocus. Galaxy S8 own front camera 8MP resolution with f / 1.7, autofocus, and face recognition .

In terms of performance, this smartphone is supported by Exynos 8895 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 256GB. In addition to the fingerprint scanner feature, this device is also equipped with face recognition and iris scanner .

Galaxy S8 become the best-selling Smartphone in 2017


Armed with such support, Galaxy S8 was crowned the best-selling Android device in 2017. Research from Strategy Analytics called Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus managed to sell 19 units worldwide since slid in March 2017.
